Dulce Chocolate and Ice Cream in Dusseldorf

If I could I would give it 0 stars. Totally unfriendly, waffles don't taste good and the place looks shabby, plus the smell ... Never again!

I knew the old Dulce - very tasty and nice. Here it is unfortunately more Coffee Fellows and the quality left much to be desired ...

We had to wait 40 minutes for our crêpes (including 1 complain), the delivered crêpes were then dry and sticky. In addition, the cashier could hardly speak German. No recommendation.

I bought chocolates for friends the day before yesterday because I actually love the dulce pralines. I was still surprised that they were sold to me for 15, - instead of over 25, - as usual, which justifies the seller with the move up. Last night I handed them over to the hosts, whereupon the box was promptly opened and passed around. What can I say: The chocolates were mega old, the dark had light spots on the sides which is a sign that they were not fresh. And they tasted awful ... I do not know if they had already expired (no date given), which I do not hope. But they just tasted like last year, old and dry. I was ashamed of the ground. A FREEDOM to sell something like that to the customers !!!

Dear Fellows Team, I was in your coffee today and wanted to order a waffle with ice cream and cream as usual, as can be found on the menu, plus an ice-cream chocolate. After less pointer came my ice cream and immediately I noticed that the straw is completely dusty and dirty, that I complained then also immediately. Next came my waffle, but without cream. Only had a smoothie from here, but it was excellent. The other stuff they were serving looked nice too. Service was quick and friendly.

Delicious ice cream and good crepes, but pretty overpriced.

Great shakes in organic quality. Service is always kind and dedicated. Try the strawberry sorbet shake, it tastes amazing and there is nothing like it to give you a quick health boost.

Great ice cream. Warm raspberry/coconut pie with ice cream is worth a recommendation. This location has nice sitting place inside the mall. Sweet service. Also open on Sundays.
